UKISS Charge

Initial Conversation, referring/signposting to other Immigration Advisers. Local Drop-In Service. (We retain the right to refuse this service if we deem it either inappropriate or there is unacceptable behaviour - due to time allowance these sessions are only for direct Immigration issues) No Charge/ Free (Note: UKISS provides a local free Drop-In service - these are emergency provisions at 10 minute average per session)
Other (non-business visa or businesses) correspondence, consultation, notifying Home Office of changes, etc. (All action taken will be agreed beforehand and a realistic measure of estimated time and price will be given by advisor at the beginning) £95 per hour (including in person, email, telephone and online advice - full charge applies even if advice is dealt with in under an hour).
For Businesses and Business Type Visas correspondence, consultation, notifying Home Office of changes, etc. (All action taken will be agreed beforehand and a realistic measure of estimated time and price will be given by adviser at the beginning) £300 per hour (including in person, email, telephone and online advice - full charge applies even if advice is dealt with in under an hour).

Pre-arranged costs will be discussed regarding Out of hours or Out of Bournemouth area – this will include necessary travelling expenses, accommodation (hotel)All potential costs to be agreed and paid before hand and will be non-refundable

The below fee-scale details most of the immigration advice and accompanying services that we are registered to provide to our clients. Our Price Guide is subject to change, so please make sure you visit the web page or contact directly for latest fees.

We mainly charge on a fixed-fee basis. However, should you wish to withdraw instructions part way through your immigration case we will charge you for all work we have undertaken on your behalf at the appropriate hourly rate. Our fees include all services connected to your application, for example, telephone calls, written and electronic correspondences and attendances.
